Terms and conditions

1. The contract

Formed when we confirm an order in writing. This site is an invitation to treat, not a binding offer.

2. The service

The service is viewed through an internet connection. Content rights stay with their owners; request the seller identity and licensing reference in writing before ordering.

3. Devices

The ceiling is 2 concurrent devices on Basic and 5 on Premium 4K. Credentials belong to the account holder alone.

4. Prices and payment

The payment route and total are confirmed in writing before payment.

5. Term

Expiry is the default: the contract simply runs out at the end of the term you bought, with no renewal step to decline.

6. Cancellation

Distance contracts normally include a fourteen-day cooling-off period. If service begins early at your request, the proportion already supplied may be payable. Send any cancellation request by email so there is a dated record.

7. Availability

The price desk makes no uptime claim. Questions about access are handled through the email and WhatsApp details in the footer.

8. Governing law

English and Welsh law governs this agreement; statutory protections that cannot lawfully be excluded continue to apply.
